The associate gives instructions to some co-workers regarding specific activities respecting safety, works constructively and flexibly in a team when planning and executing approved alterations and takes responsibility.
The student describes the importance of a good diversity management based on the model "10 critical factors of success"
The student demonstrates by means of a case the importance of constructive teamwork.
The student reproduces the importance of an ISO quality assurance (management)system for an enterprise.
The student analyses in a team, an assignment according to the base rules of good project management.
The student presents, with their team, a project plan to the class.
The associate maintains his skill level by keeping up-to-date with technological developments and is self-critical.
The student indicates the difference and the relation between the treated ISO standards.
The student consults in two languages (Dutch and English) technical sources typical to the field of study.
The associate reports his activities efficiently to colleagues and superiors with an eye to the follow-up.
The student formulates a simple project plan in MS Project.
