The students discusses the impact of socialization and differential socialization in identity formation
Expert in change processes: Social level
The student discusses different theories on social stratification, as well as on the meaning and impact on society of social inequality, exclusion and stratification
The student makes use of the framework and certain mechanisms linked to socialization and social controll, culture and cultural diversity, social inequality, deviant behavior, social change, social networks and groups and the social structures in society
The student explains why the MattheĆ¼s-effect could have a negative impact on the effectiveness of public services and social care
The student recognizes the different paradigms of sociology in the different approaches and theoretical frameworks
The student links the daily use of language in current news coverage to the pure use of language concerning socialogical/social themes
Working in a culturally sensitive way
The student motivates the current cultural diversity in our society with regard to dominant cultures, subcultures, social changes, superdiversity, hyperdiversity, the impact of the risk society
