Learning outcomes (list)

Expert in relationship building: Basic attitude of the practice-oriented social educator and professional relationship
The student will explain what a basic professional attitude is and describe how to apply this basic attitude during sport-educational skills.
The student describes their own capabilities and gaps in resilience and can indicate their own limits.
Expert in educating, guidance and support: Supports, organises and coordinates living, working, learning and leisure activities in the daily context of an individual or group. Acting in a methodical manner.
The student explains the links between theory from the syllabus and lectures, the experiential learning during classes and their own sport-educational activity
The student formulates possible actions for a fictional conflict
Expert in working in and with groups: working with group dynamics (with clients/teams, volunteers, caregivers)
The student will describe in their own words what experiential learning is.
Students will be able to justify how they work with a group using a group dynamics framework.
