Learning outcomes (list)

A.6. Application Design
Recognizes the different data types and describes the connections between the mathematical measuring scales with the data types from computer science.
Solves simple numerical optimization problems using a statistical program.
Uses the principles and methodologies of stochastic programming to solve a realistic supply and demand problem.
B.1. Design and Development
Trains a simple regression or classification model.
Correctly describes the dependencies between two or more variables.
Uses RStudio, R, and Python to troubleshoot issues.
Applies simple regularization techniques.
B.3. Testing
Critically test and assess a trained statistical model.
Written communication
Documents a small-scale AI project in RMarkdown and uses the RStudio development environment for this purpose.
