BA1 - The student has the necessary artistic skills to design and/or realize a personal project within the broad spectrum of the visual arts under supervision.
The student can use the possibilities and techniques of simple metalworking in an artistic work.
The student can process ferrous (steel) or non-ferrous (inox, copper, aluminum) metals in his own artistic way.
BA2 - The student has the necessary knowledge, skills and insights regarding material, form, action, concepts, function and contents of the chosen medi
The student recognizes the different types of welding procedures and knows the right applications.
The student can use the provided techniques in a personal artistic project.
The student can use and apply the basis of BMBe welding.
The student can use the possibilities and techniques of simple metalworking.
The student knows the different types of steel and non-ferrous materials.

Course content

Simple technical welding exercises. (30/100)

The student learns mainly electric ( manual metal arc ) welding:

-Starting and stopping from the arc.

-Welding Cords

-Dilation of a plate

-Waving on a plate

-Welding in the gutter, under the hand

-Ascending and descending welding

-Plasma Cutting
