Learning outcomes (list)

1.1 The student masters the representative repertoire for his or her discipline.
The student analyses three arias and recitatives from the baroque, classical, early- and high-Romantic repertoire.
1.4 The student is musically creative.
The student completes harmony exercises with understanding of melodic line, progression techniques, modulation from the 2nd degree, cadences and choice and functionality of chords.
2.1 The student masters the musical parameters and structures.
The student completes harmony exercises with understanding of melodic line, progression techniques, modulation from the 2nd degree, cadences and choice and functionality of chords.
The student acquires knowledge and understanding of chordal harmony (in inversions) and dominant chords and can apply this knowledge when composing.
2.3 The student reads, analyses, writes and interprets music.
The student can define more complex harmonic structures.
