Learning outcomes (list)

2.2 The student makes progress through independent study.
The student can draw up an efficient study plan and follow it.
2.4 The student masters the correct playing techniques and postures.
The student masters the basic principles of a comprehensive vocal technique: breath support, the required twang, elimination of a protruding jaw and lip tension.
The student masters the functions of the voice: neutral, curbing, overdrive, and edge.
The student masters the techniques used to customise sound colours (the position of the epiglottis and the larynx, the shape of the tongue and the mouth, the position of the soft palate, the opening or closing of the nasal cavity).
The student uses techniques to include one or more effects (distortion, creaks and creaking, rattle, growl, grunt, screams, vocal breaks, the addition of air, vibrato, and ornamentation) when possible and required by the repertoire.
