This course includes the following learning objectives:
Evaluates own teacher competences based on the functional wholes and draws up a remedial plan.
After a thorough self-evaluation, develops a step-by-step plan to broaden and/or deepen one (or more) teaching competency/competencies. Reflects on this in his or her (portfolio) report.
Applies new domain-specific knowledge and skills in a practical situation. Reflects on this in a (portfolio) report.
Researches the training package and makes a choice taking into account the teaching competency or competencies which are to be broadened or deepened. Discusses this with the teaching co-ordinator and reflects on this in the (portfolio) report.
Searches for and researches relevant information with regard to the teacher competence(s) to be broadened/deepened and implements this in the (portfolio) report.
Evaluates own teacher competences on the basis of the functional wholes and communicates with the education coordinator.
In function of the remedial plan, contacts with external parties and reflects on this in the (portfolio) report.
Examines (an) educational topic(s) and reflects on them in the (portfolio) report.
