The graduate creates an artistic learning environment which – in in all its didactic components – connects to the starting point of a group of learners or individual learners, and is pro active with regard to the diversity within the group of learners.
The student links didactic starting situations to specific teaching formats and a curriculum content of his own choosing.
The student can communicate the applied teaching formats in his own words.
The student can write up an objective observation report.
The student explains how a group develops and argues in which developmental phase a group finds itself.
The student can formulate in his own words what it is that makes a teaching fragment more or less efficient.
The student is self-critical in assessing the own performance in this course unit.
