The student can write professional business letters and e-mails.
• The student is familiar with vocabulary concerning sales, negotiations, handling complaints, attending meetings, ...
• The student can read and summarize newspaper articles about business topics and current affairs.
• The student can negotiate about the terms of a business contract, insurance cases, pay rises, etc
