Short description

“Trends in Management & communication” is a course with several underlying topics within the general field of management and communication in Europe. Journalism and the media landscape in Belgium, as well as legal procedures and economy in Belgium will be discussed. Tips & trics and very practical skills regarding time management, presentation techniques, mail etiquette and commercial communication will be added to best practices in Business Project management, CRM-systems, Risk management in banking and direct marketing.

Course content

“Trends in Management & communication” is a course with several underlying topics within management and communication in Europe. The Belgian law system and media landscape in Belgium will be discussed, as well as financial and marketing topics. Tips & trics and very practical skills regarding time management, presentation techniques, mail etiquette and commercial communication will be added to best practices in Business Project management, CRM-systems, Risk management in banking and direct marketing.
