Learning outcomes (list)

Describe, analyse and assess the different types of real estate.
The student can describe the condition of the various parts of a building.
Give specific advice and carry out expert assessments.
The student can propose a suitable repair upon determination of damage
The student can compaire and evaluate multiple altenative construction methods.
The student knows the different facets of sustainable building and its scope.
The student knows and understands the consequences of energy-efficient building in terms of isolation and airtightness of the building.
Technical knowledge related to construction, materials recognition, construction physics, construction pathology, renovation and maintenance.
The student can describe the construction of various structures in buildings.
The student can recognize and evaluate the different implementation techniques
The student can analyze a building in its different parts and explain their function.
The student can show the distribution of forces working on a construction
Communicate well and clearly in a commercial manner (including reporting) with (potential) customers and the ability to express themselves in a professional context in different languages.
