As a syndic, ability to take care of the technical and administrative aspects when managing the common components of the forced co-ownership of building or groups of buildings. Take care of the technical, administrative and financial aspects when managing real estate of real estate rights as an estate manager.
The student can give an overview of the different legislation to be complied with regarding the technical equipment in non-residential buildings
The student can analyze a property management contract
The student can draw up a tenancy schedule
The student can research, analyze and apply relevant law on co-ownership
The student knows the commercial real estate market and can situate property management and its evolution in it.
The student knows the necessary documents and their content and consequences in the context of property management and can use them.
The student knows the practical consequences of the different techniques of technical equipment for the user and can assess them at concept level.
The student knows the tasks and responsibilities of the property manager and can provide feedback on specific cases.
The student knows what financial, administrative, commercial and technical management involves and can follow this up by means of a management record.
Communicate well and clearly in a commercial manner (including reporting) with (potential) customers and the ability to express themselves in a professional context in different languages.
The student can use specific real estate language
Correctly compile and adapt real estate agreements in a legally correct manner, fulfil the concomitant administrative formalities and carry out financial transactions, independently.
