Learning outcomes (list)

intrapersonal - methodology
appoints a complex molecule (consisting of an aromatic and / or an aliphatic part) correctly
describes the kinetics of the different polymerization mechanisms
describes the different polymerization mechanisms
classifies a given polymer correctly
applies the main reagents for an aromatic substitution during exercises.
applies the molecular orbital theory to aliphatics and aromatics.
estimates the possibilities and limitations of the various chromatographic techniques
writes down the reaction mechanisms of the various kinds of aromatic substitution reactions (electrophile, nucleophile, benzyne, via diazonium).
compares a step by step and chain polymerization
explains the reactivity of the most important aromatics (including heterocycles).
predicts the influence of substituents on the reactivity of an aromatic.
Works out a simple synthetic path for aromatic molecules
