01: Daily Operation: Acts from a current knowledge of the hospitality industry and assumes responsibility for the proper daily operation of their own department.  
The student will indicate differences and similarities regarding classifying characteristics within hospitality companies.
The student presents a trend and/or development within the hospitality sector based on his/her own research through articles in the field.
The student describes the objectives and categories of the applicable decrees within the sector.
The student illustrates the different organizational structures within the industry using real-life examples.
The student describes the offerings for different target groups within international hospitality companies.
The student will describe the characteristics of the various sectors within the hospitality industry.
The student makes choices regarding the form of operation on the basis of legal and guiding frameworks.
03: Compose offerings department: Compiles a balanced, quality and commercially profitable offer within own department. 
The student formulates recommendations for a company within the hospitality industry to increase customer satisfaction after analyzing reviews.
The student analyzes the tension between the products and services offered within a hospitality company and the wants and needs of the target audience.
