05: Rental/sales department mapping and lifelong learning: Mapped the rental/sales of products and services within own department. Based on developments in their own field, limited market studies, an assessment of the demand and desires of their intended guests/customers, and the set objectives, the graduate makes adjustments in consultation with management.
The student makes a forecast.
The student will describe the facets of total quality management for departmental activities.
09: Perform administration and accounting department: Performs and follows up on administration and accounting of own department according to legal standards. The graduate uses appropriate software for this purpose. 
The student prepares a financial plan and cash schedule for a department.
The student conducts an investment analysis for a project.
The student breaks down the net present value and the payback period.
The student will perform a break-even analysis and calculate the break-even point.
The student reflects on which financing technique to use for which investment.
The student will apply the valuation methods.
