Learning outcomes (list)

This course includes the following learning objectives:
Understands the importance of estimating a starting situation and can name it
Chooses, formulates and structures appropriate objectives according to the initial situation and the target group
Chooses and formulates teaching materials according to the level of the target group and the pedagogical process
Prepares a lesson in which learning content is translated into learning activities and structured according to a logical lesson structure
Engages in self-reflection, self-assessment and peer feedback and develops a critical attitude. Can adjust the process and actively look for solutions
Can organise tasks, lesson preparations etc. with other tasks and submit them on time.
Creates a motivating learning environment and pays sufficient attention to the individual development of learners. Can identify the diversity of learners and can choose between work forms to enable differentiation to develop individual potential
Takes care of the mental wellbeing of students during exercise classes and microteaching.
Can adapt the lesson in a flexible way to the situation that arises in case studies. Can break down, broaden or deepen the material as needed.
Use artistic passion, skills and personality to inspire and guide pupils in their search for their own artistic passion and identity.
Determines different didactic methodologies and can apply and implement them according to the situation and target group
