This course includes the following learning objectives:
| Can demonstrate the importance of "sensitive responsiveness" for an individual approach to pupils. Can apply knowledge of the human development process in terms of cognitive, psycho-motoric, dynamic-affective and social issues in carrying out his or her duties. |
| Can assess students or a group of students on the basis of knowledge of human psychological development. Can efficiently use knowledge of the human development process in terms of cognitive, psycho-motoric, dynamic-affective and social issues. |
| Can describe and recognise various learning theories in case studies. Can justify the establishment of a robust learning environment from pedagogical theoretical concepts and from a knowledge of learning conditions. |
