Learning outcomes (list)

This course includes the following learning objectives:
Can explain by means of an example what a learning and/or school climate is, and how this climate becomes a learning and living climate for every pupil. Can name the role they can take in this, both within the school and within the framework of broad (neighbourhood) schools.
Can give examples of how didactic action affects pupil learning
Can form an idea of the heterogeneity within a learning group on the basis of the given teaching material. On the basis of this diversity, he or she can create an open and robust learning environment, paying attention to both the individual concerns of each student as well as group concerns.
Can communicate verbally and non-verbally with a highly diverse group of students.
Undertakes societal and artistic responsibility as a teacher/assistant in relation to pupils and parents, the school/organisation, the partners, and the artistic field.
Demonstrates proficiency in the use of online and hybrid learning platforms and online communication
Can approach and evaluate their own functioning critically. Can adjust and adapt working methods when circumstances require this
Takes note of the social needs of the group and plans the didactic approach and learning strategy with attention to equal opportunities
