This course includes the following learning objectives:
Understands the importance of assessing the starting level and can specify this.
Selects, formulates, and structures appropriate objectives using the starting level and the target group.
Selects and formulates lesson material in relation to the level of the target group and of the pedagogical process.
Can organise their tasks, lesson plans, etc. in conjunction with other tasks, and can hand these in on time.
Integrates knowledge from the entire course, with a focus on a responsible and safe working practice for body and mind.
Creates a motivating learning environment and pays sufficient attention to the individual development of the learners.
Has attention for the mental well-being of the students during practice lessons and microteaching. Ensures safe working practice for body and mind.
Engages with self-reflection, self-evaluation, and peer feedback and develops a critical mindset. Can adjust the process and actively search for solutions.
