After expert preparation, the graduate independently carries out standardized electromechanical maintenance, adjustment and repair work in a familiar field and under the supervision of a supervisor.
The student calculates the transmission ratio of a mechanical transmission from a machine drawing.
The student describes important machine parts and connection techniques and their application field and enumerates the characteristics.
The student describes the different types of lubrication, their properties and areas of appliance.
The student selects the proper fit for an appliance.
The graduate independently performs basic measurements and tests on a technical installation in a professional manner.
The student uses handheld measuring tools such as calipers, dials, and micrometers correctly and interprets the results.
The student performs quality measurements on machine parts such as shafts, bores and threaded connections.
The graduate reads and interprets instructions, drawings, diagrams, descriptions, nameplate data and explanatory notes in which technical information is consulted in one foreign language.
The student enumerates all parts of a machine from a practical example or a work piece drawing.
The graduate works in a sustainable, socially responsible and high-quality manner and applies safety and technical standards in a familiar field.
The student prepares a risk analysis for the safe use of machine tools.
The student applies the proper safety measures and uses the proper PPE's in mechanical engineering machine constructive acts.
The student works in a professional manner on an industrial installation. |
The graduate localizes, identifies and diagnoses malfunctions of technical installations, taking into account situational elements and/or maintenance history
