Prerequisites

having finished at least 33 ects credits in the programme AND (previously registered for Workplace learning 1: exploration and preparation OR previously registered for Mechatronica) AND (having passed, or having a tolerated mark for Elektriciteit AC OR having passed, or having a tolerated mark for Elektriciteit AC (EMS-M)) AND (to be taken together with Werktuigbouwkunde OR previously registered for Werktuigbouwkunde).
Re-sit exam: not possible.
Possibility of tolerance: You have to pass this course unit (will never be tolerated).

Learning outcomes (list)

After expert preparation, the graduate independently carries out standardized electromechanical maintenance, adjustment and repair work in a familiar field and under the supervision of a supervisor.
The student works with and under supervision of an experience expert on a complex electro-mechanical system.
The graduate independently performs basic measurements and tests on a technical installation in a professional manner.
The student correctly estimates electric base measurements and tests considering effective failure maintenance.
The student correctly estimates mechanical base measurements and tests considering effective failure maintenance.
The graduate reads and interprets instructions, drawings, diagrams, descriptions, nameplate data and explanatory notes in which technical information is consulted in one foreign language.
The student completes systematic assembly and disassembly activities under the title periodic maintenance by using diagrams, drawings and work instructions.
The graduate works in a sustainable, socially responsible and high-quality manner and applies safety and technical standards in a familiar field.
The student wears appropriate personal protective equipment with the necessary insight.
The student sorts, on their own initiative, the hazardous waste according to the proper modalities.
The student works in an orderly and structured manner within a reasonable period of time.
The student integrates sustainability principles when applying regulations, standardization, and safety procedures, with a focus on environmental protection.
The graduate localizes, identifies and diagnoses malfunctions of technical installations, taking into account situational elements and/or maintenance history
The student draws up RCA about simple disturbances.
