You formulate advice on adjusting a product/service based on developments in your own area of expertise, limited market studies, an estimate of the demand and wishes of the intended guests/customers and the set objectives.
You come up with a creative concept in function of a marketing strategy
You apply the principles of segmentation, targeting and positioning.
You present a marketing strategy in professional jargon.
You conduct promotion through various channels and build lasting customer relationships.
You analyse a domain-specific business problem in an authentic or simulated environment and carry out an assignment.
You describe the interrelationship between marketing tools within the marketing mix.
You define concepts such as consumer need, need and desire
You define concepts such as customer journey
You define concepts of marketing strategy: segmenting, targeting and positioning
You define the usefulness of (relationship) marketing
You have an understanding of the various marketing tools in the marketing mix and recognise them in examples.
You identify the different stages of the customer journey in a concrete example
You describe the structure of a marketing plan for a hospitality business
You know what things to look out for to help companies improve their online visibility.
