You receive customers in a professional manner in French at the hotel reception (customers with and without reservations). |
Explaining the services and facilities of the hotel/room to customers. |
You help customers in a professional manner in French to reserve a table in the restaurant. |
You assist customers in a professional manner in French when booking a hotel room by telephone and online. |
You know the answer to some simple questions about French culture (National Holiday, gastronomic specialities, meals). |
