| You describe and explain the duties of managerial and executive staff of a Rooms Division department and of other departments. |

| You situate functions of a Rooms Division department and of other departments in an organisational chart. |
You are jointly responsible for running a current, profitable and efficient rental and/or sales policy of the department.

| You calculate the occupancy, average price, revpar and yield (KPIs)of a lodging. |
| You calculate a sales price and costs in a Rooms Division |
