You will coordinate the reception and rental/sales of products and services in coordination with the various departments, using multiple languages.
You communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a courteous and respectful manner with hotel guests. |
Fluently writing and dictating telephone numbers in French. |
You efficiently conduct telephone conversations on general and sector-related matters (transferring calls, taking messages, changing numbers, customer queries). |
You explain to customers how to find their way around both on the street and on public transport (metro). |
You efficiently advise customers in French about restaurants, hotels and activities or places of interest. |
You use, both orally and in writing, French sector-related vocabulary (= extension of French I). |
You know the answer to some simple questions about French culture (Paris, Les enfoirés). |
You apply the grammatical rules of French correctly in writing. |
