The associate applies the appropriate marketing and/or communication techniques to support the marketing and/or communication activities.
The student explains concepts from the specific jargon used in communication studies
The student outlines evolution in mass media
The student explains the different communication modalities in their own words and knows when which modality is best applied
The student will interpret and distinguish the communication process of intrapersonal, interpersonlike, and mass communication
The student describes the main (mass) communication theories and situates them in a chronological evolution
The student will distinguish the difference between classical communication and integrated communication
The associate relies on his/her own creativity, social awareness and responsibility when maintaining a problem solving and target group focus.
The student will apply the provided communication models to communicative situations
The student identifies the cultural component in communication
The student uses the rules of thumb of intercultural communication in communicating with contacts from other cultures or from abroad
The student recognizes the 4 different types of messages in a message (Schulz von Thun)
