Learning outcomes (list)

The associate applies the appropriate marketing and/or communication techniques to support the marketing and/or communication activities.
The student maps the communication expressions with 3 actors from the work field using a predetermined checklist.  
The student analyzes business external factors (characteristics and needs of the target market, number and type of suppliers and customers, competition, market position, market trends, media, social evolutions, legislation, etc.) 
The student will map the communication expressions found to a business portfolio 
The student analyzes business internal factors (product, price, promotion, location, personnel, etc.)
The associate collects and registers data and presents them using the appropriate (digital) tools.
The student will apply the acquired ICT skills 
The student will apply the individual presentation techniques acquired 
The student will produce a written record of a company visit, including interview with employees 
The associate assumes responsibility for the planning and organisation of his/her work.
The student organizes himself in preparation for the scheduled visits
The associate is able to access a specific target group, both orally and in writing, using the appropriate Dutch terminology.
The student handles appropriate verbal behavior in standard situations
The student correctly prepares a resume 
The associate takes initiative with respect to permanent education and improvement of his/her performance and the functioning of the organisation.
The student identifies his/her own values and competencies
The student develops a personal development plan 
The student justifies his choice of jobs and job descriptions that are appropriate for him 
The student gives and receives feedback on his/her own work and competencies 
The student reflects on him/herself in a SWOT analysis 
The student monitors and evaluates the quality of his own work using a predetermined checklist.
