The graduate applies profession-related laws and regulations on the construction site with explicit attention to safety and welfare, monitors compliance and takes appropriate action where necessary.
The student explains the energy performance- and indoor climate requirements and associated concepts.
The graduate systematically checks the quality of the supplied materials and of the execution of the construction works and calls on third parties where necessary.
The student analyses details on their heat-, moisture- and acoustic performance.
The student formulates improvements to the building envelope with regard to heat transport and acoustics.
The graduate manages the work on the construction site with an environmentally conscious attitude.
The student names the effects of energy performance and indoor climate demands.
The graduate acts on the basis of a thorough structural knowledge of buildings.
The student explains the importance of airtightness and ventilation.
The student explains the importance of cleaning and inspection of air ducts.
The student analyses a building envelope with regard to heat transport and acoustics.
