Learning outcomes (list)

The graduate coordinates the construction works and the executive staff on the construction site from a solution-oriented attitude and in coordination with the executive project team.
The student makes proposals to coordinate the construction works and the operational personnel on the construction site from a solution-oriented attitude and in coordination with the implementing project team.
After interpreting the project planning, the graduate draws up an efficient short-term implementation plan and communicates about it in function of a smooth organization of the construction work. The graduate takes the circumstances of the construction site into account and adjusts the implementation plan where necessary.
The student draws up a short-term plan, follows it up and makes adjustments if necessary.
The graduate applies profession-related laws and regulations on the construction site with explicit attention to safety and welfare, monitors compliance and takes appropriate action where necessary.
The student organises his work and that of his team in accordance with the regulations regarding signalling, storage of demolition materials, protections, etc.
The student carries out daily checks on the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) by the operational staff.
The graduate systematically checks the quality of the supplied materials and of the execution of the construction works and calls on third parties where necessary.
The student checks structures for tolerance and quality.
The student checks deliveries of building materials on site for correctness (quantities, type, quality).
The graduate analyses and uses the documents of the construction file.
The student draws up a site layout plan.
The graduate independently uses digital applications from the construction sector.
