Learning outcomes (list)

1.4 The student makes music in an artistic project in a creative manner.
The student has an in-depth knowledge of HaFaBra instruments, string and keyboard instruments.
The student can independently create arrangements or transcriptions for variable settings, brass bands, brass and wind orchestra from scores for other settings or from piano music.
2.3 The student can process musical structures through analysis and interpretation.
The student can set up scores which, from a graphical and lay-out point of view, are in accordance with contemporary standards.

Course content

The learning content concerns knowledge of the various instruments, their (im)possibilities, instrumentation, and other subject-related topics.
The student will work independently on arrangement assignments and will be coached and coached by the teacher during individual and group lessons.
In Instrumentation 2, the arrangements are for larger ensembles (e.g. large woodwind ensemble, large brass ensemble, percussion ensemble etc.).
