has an understanding of the possibilities and limitations of the discussed instrumental analysis techniques.

Lab engineer - Execution of laboratory activities

executes electrophoretic, chromatographic and spectrophotometric analysis techniques correctly.
Lab engineer - Processing and Interpretation
finds a connection for the used analysis techniques between the measured parameter and the concentration of the to be determined component in the original sample.
Lab engineer - Reports
accurately and systematically collects all data on the executed assignments in a laboratory notebook (preparation, activities and results).
processes measurment data and the results of spectrophotometric, chromatographic, potentiometric and electrophoretic analysis in a scientific and linguistic correct report.
Lab engineer - Quality and safety
acts according to the prescribed safety and waste-disposal guidelines.
