Learning outcomes (list)

OLR AF 1.0 - The bachelor BM/AF has insights in fiscal, parafiscal, legal and accountancy rules and processes, in general corporate organisational processes as well as in their interconnection, and can consequently apply these insights in a broad, globalised and changing (inter)national context.
You apply Belgian accounting law to a business after identifying the nature of the business.
You select the most appropriate corporate form in a practical situation.
You explain the necessary formalities from the creation of a company to the phase of liquidation.
You explain specific concepts from various regulations.
You will perform all necessary registrations, from incorporation to liquidation within the legal framework.
You process current, as well as inventory transactions into an orderly whole in the form prescribed by law.
You analyze accounting operations.
You will describe the operation and responsibilities of the various organs of a corporation.
You formalize the result and the result allocation in accordance with the legal provisions in an annual report.
You report on the various components of the financial statements, notes and reports.
