Learning outcomes (list)

OLR SCM 1.0 - The bachelor BM/SCM has insights in transport, in the streams and processes of goods and information, in the regulations of the logistics sector and in the general corporate organisational processes as well as in their interconnection, and can consequently apply these insights in a broad, globalised and changing (inter)national context.
You act independently in creating a complete shipping file (A to Z) based on individual customer requirements and taking into account both the flow of goods - document flow ( information flow) - money flow, transportation choice.
You will advise the client on Community Customs legislation.
You share your knowledge and information on customs procedures and declarations with other colleagues and clients in a structured and clear way.
You integrate self-acquired insights about customs into your actions.
You make motivated (multi-modal) transportation choices.
You complete the transport documents for all modes of transport taking into account the legal consequences.
You choose the right service partner in the port community to execute the different links.
You prepare an order for its passage through the global supply chain.
You make the necessary decisions to insure the estimated logistical risks.
You apply the European regulations with t customs in concrete files.
