You conduct a commercial conversation based on a customer's needs analysis.
You will select the appropriate negotiation strategy and tactics during a commercial meeting.
You will conduct a professional and customer-oriented counseling session with a client in a deontological manner, taking into account legal requirements.
You will handle customer objections and complaints in a professional manner.
You further direct your personal network with relevant stakeholders from your field.
You implement your case knowledge of the customer during a remote or sales call according to comformance with the institution's lead management.
You note the most important topics of a conversation with the customer as you would in a CRM package.
