Learning outcomes (list)

OLR FV 1.0 - The bachelor BM/FV has insights in the processes and rules inside the finance and insurance sector, in general corporate organisational processes as well as in their interconnection, and can consequently apply these insights in a broad, globalised and changing (inter)national context.
You will define important principles of matrimonial property law, inheritance law, civil law, and tax law with relevance to the practice of estate planning.
You advise on how to optimally fill in the 4 pension pillars.
You advise the optimization of the structure and shape of the assets.
You chart the relationship form and family structure both relationally, emotionally and legally.
You will analyze the client's goals and desires with wealth planning in mind.
You will provide solutions to achieve the client's intended goals and wishes in the area of estate planning (planning through marital status, gifts, wills, life insurance, etc.).
You advise how the client can better protect himself and his assets based on a summary risk analysis.
You advise the client on tax, financial and legal optimization according to the analysis of the asset situation.
You will prepare a personal cash flow analysis based on the client's needs including all income and expenses, taking into account the variables: yield, inflation and life expectancy.
You elaborate an overall advice to meet the adverse or undesirable consequences of the application of legal inheritance law in a concrete situation.
You will identify the basic rules of inheritance law, registration tax and registration fees, inheritance tax, estate planning and matrimonial property law.
You analyze the private assets, consisting of movable and immovable property, and business assets of the client taking into account his needs analysis.
