Learning outcomes (list)

OLR SCM 1.0 - The bachelor BM/SCM has insights in transport, in the streams and processes of goods and information, in the regulations of the logistics sector and in the general corporate organisational processes as well as in their interconnection, and can consequently apply these insights in a broad, globalised and changing (inter)national context.
You will develop through interdisciplinary collaboration an innovative business idea in response to a complex and real business problem.
You will demonstrate how the integration of different disciplines has led to a deeper understanding of the business problem and a more viable business idea.
OLR SCM 2.0 - The bachelor BM/SCM recognises opportunities, sets operational goals and proactively participates in reaching the (strategic) goals of a company or organisation.
You will support the business through management reporting, aligned with the client's instructions.
OLR SCM 3.1 - The bachelor BM/SCM possesses an entrepreneurial attitude (taking initiative, assessing risks, developing ideas) and can translate this in independent entrepreneurship.
You will use creative brainstorming to turn ideas into an innovative business idea that creates value for the client
You will demonstrate how the proposed business idea was created in a structured manner through a chosen tool or methodology.
OLR SCM 3.2 - The bachelor BM/SCM works independently, planned, flexibly and accurately and has a problem-solving and innovative approach to optimising transport, logistical streams and processes of goods and information.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team to guide the process by adhering to collective working agreements and deadlines.
OLR SCM 7.1 - The bachelor BM/SCM can communicate professionally, in spoken and written Dutch, using jargon particular to the trade.
You will conduct professional interviews with business experts and coaches.
You present your business idea with appropriate business terminology and ICT tools.
OLR SCM 8.0 - The bachelor BM/SCM constructively collaborates as a member of a multi-disciplinary and incultural project team and takes responsibility in various tasks and roles in a company or organisation.
You will actively collaborate on the business idea as an independent member of an interdisciplinary team taking into account everyone's expertise.
You will assess interdisciplinary collaboration by providing constructive feedback while respecting everyone's competencies and opportunities for growth.
