Learning outcomes (list)

You formulate a communication problem autonomously and participate in initiating, planning and carrying out applied research around communicators, channels, messages or receivers, starting from a defined assignment. You report on this to colleagues and lay people.
You will participate in the execution of a simple applied communication research and help to correctly display and interpret research results.
You analyse research results using Excel and present them visually.
You express yourself correctly in Dutch and deal with the Dutch language in a targeted way.
You'll give a goal-oriented informative presentation in correct Dutch.
You will independently develop an integrated communication plan for profit and social profit and for private and government organisations on the basis of research results obtained. This includes naming and classifying objectives, target groups and public groups, working out a strategy and choosing and creatively realising appropriate means of communication.
You'll work out an integrated communication plan for profit or social profit or for private and government organisations based on collected research or research results.
You test a client's question and translate it into a communication project. You organize this project efficiently and manage employees and suppliers.
You'll draw up a project plan (incl SMART objectives, GANT chart, WBS, Risk analysis, cooperation contract) and use it as a basis for organizing a group work.
You function as an efficient member of a (multidisciplinary) team and are critical for your own work and that of others. You give your opinion and point of view with respect for others. You have an insight into your own role within the organisation and adapt when necessary.
You'll reflect on the cooperation process and adjust it.
You deal appropriately with disagreements and conflicts within the group.
You regularly estimate your own knowledge and can realistically assess and analyse personal learning needs. You look for (learning) opportunities to broaden and enrich your own competencies.
You reflect on personal strengths and areas for improvement.
