CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS
The student recognizes the different electrical components.
The student is able to fathom the consequences of changes in electric components.
CONCEPT CHOICE
The student is able to develop and / or improve basic electrical circuits.
The student is able to fathom the influence of electric components in a chain.
The student understands and fathoms the behaviour of a chosen DC motor for the demanded problems (power, type of motor,..)
The student understands and fathoms the behaviour of a chosen AC motor for the demanded problems (power, type of motor,..)
The student understands and fathoms the behaviour of a chosen transformer for the demanded installation requirements.
The student has an understanding of the basic components of electronics.
The student is able to explain the behaviour of these basic components in circuits.
DESIGN
The student is able to select the appropriate electrical components and / or to add in order to influence the behavior of the chain.
The student understands the elements out of which a frequention control is build.
The student is able to recognize commonly recurring sensors in a circuit.
The student is able to analyse the behaviour of commonly recurring sensors in a circuit.
INSTALLATION
The student is able to solve simple AC and DC exercises.
The student is able to analyse the behaviour of variously chosen machines in the (demanded) installation.
The student is able to integrate a chosen machine in a new or existing installation.
IMPROVING
The student can improve an existing installation (energetically) by making an appropriate choice of the machines that are dealt with.
The student can explain how AC motors can be driven through frequency converters.
The student is able to fathom simple electric chains to predict the changes in these chains.
