The student will explain the four Ps regarding hospitality marketing.
The student will describe the construction of a marketing plan for a hotel.
The student defines concepts of differentiation and segmentation.
The student defines concepts such as positioning, brand and branding and inherent strategies.
The student defines the usefulness of relationship marketing.
The student will describe what marketing applications exist within Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
