Learning outcomes (list)

9.3 You correctly assess stakeholder questions and desires and tailor your communications to the target audience.
The student knows the basics of direct mail and apply it to writing, creating and sending invitations and brochures.
The student is responsible for the administration of a congress and event using standard correspondence models.
10.1 You plan, coordinate and organize events, meetings, conferences, business trips.
The student understands the place of meetings and events in the marketing and communication objectives of an organization and can cite examples of different types of events and conferences.
Students experience the importance of a good backup timing, can create a backup timing, knows what to come in handy organizational aspects of the organization of events and conferences, and what can go wrong.
10.2 You make appointments with customers and external commercial contacts.
The student makes a concept plan for an event or conference and presents and defends the concept plan.
13.5 You establish, manage and respect budgets.
The student understands the revenue and costs associated with the organization of conferences and events. He proposes and adjustments where necessary a concrete budget plan.

Bij het projectwerk geldt de kwaliteit van de groepstaken en het respecteren van de deadlines.
Tussentijdse rapporten worden beoordeeld op de inhoudelijke kwaliteit, de argumentatie waarom een bepaalde keuze voor concept, locatie, leverancier, … werd genomen, de kritische zin en de vlotheid en helderheid van de aanbevelingen.
Het actieplan wordt beoordeeld op de volledigheid en de opvolging ervan, samen met het overleg hierover met de andere werkgroepen.
Bij de beoordeling wordt rekening gehouden met de dienstverlening en de samenwerking met de andere groepen, die belast zijn met andere deeltaken van de organisatie.
