Learning outcomes (list)

1.1 You search, collect and archive classical and digital information.
The student consults the various sources of employment law (journals, websites, etc.) and uses them effectively for correct searches.
2.3 You identify problems and contribute to their resolution.
The student analyzes a problem situation that arises in the employer-employee relationship.
13.1 You have an understanding and knowledge of accounting, economics, statistical processing software, social security, human resources management, marketing and sales techniques, and CRM systems.
The student applies the general civil law where labour law does not provide specific deviating rules.
13.2 You understand the importance of legal procedures and legislation.
The student names and applies the hierarchy of sources of law in Labor Law.
The student looks up the legislation, case law, and legal doctrine relevant to a particular case.
The student applies relevant legislation, case law, and legal doctrine to an actual case.
The student articulates a well-founded solution to a problem using legislation, case law and legal doctrine.
