14.1 You have knowledge of health care policy and organization, internal structures within health facilities and their interaction with external structures.
The student can apply the riziv adminsitration
The student can correctly interpret a hospital invoice
The student knows the parts of a hospital invoice
The student knows the administrative procedure in case of hospitalisation.
The student knows the basic concepts related to financial accessibility to healthcare.
The student knows the organisation of social security and health care.
The student knows what a convention is and knows its administrative and financial modalities.
The student knows the different types of hospitals and the procedure for their recognition and accreditation.
14.2 You can apply medical registration, coding, nomenclature data, and accounting operations.
The student can find and apply the correct pricing action
The student can make a distinction between physicians who are subject to a convention and those who are not.
The student knows how to claim payments.
