Learning outcomes (list)

The student can explain the conduct of civil proceedings on the basis of a case
The student can determine the remedies that are applicable in a case
Understands law fields and aspects most relevant to the business world; he/she can resolve less complex practical problems within these fields.
The student can explain the difference between protective and executive measures.
The student explains an intermediate requirement in the civil proceedings on the basis of a case study.
Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;
The student correctly applies the legal rules regarding judicial law when dissecting and assessing a legal question about .b judicial law.
Prepares, handles and follows up, independently or as part of a team, legal case/files within the confines of applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines within the para-legal profession.
The student can explain the principles of law enforcement on the basis of a case.
