Learning outcomes (list)

Is customer focused. The business professional acts in the interest of the customer;
The student can apply the law of parentage in a case.
Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;
The student correctly applies the legal rules regarding personal and family law when dissecting and assessing a legal question with regard to .b with regard to Personal and family law.
Substantively supports the law professionals (bailiffs, notaries public, magistrates, barristers, solicitors,…)
The student can appoint and explain the principles of mediation in family matters.
The student can explain when someone is declared legal incompetent and the consequences.
The student explains the current forms of cohabitation and their legal consequences on the basis of a case study.
The student indicates the exercise of parental authority on the basis of a case study.
The student understands and indicates the basics of Persons Law and Family Law.
In practical situations, the student unravels and dissects the (various, possible) problems of Persons and family law and formulates suitable and conclusive solutions to avoid these problems or to remedy these problems.
Takes responsibility for his / her own professional development, independently monitors trends in function of his / her own professional development and integrates these new insights.
