Learning outcomes (list)

Is customer focused. The business professional acts in the interest of the customer;
The student places the victim in the criminal proceedings and knows his rights.
Acts deontologically within the business context with the appropriate attention to social and ethical responsibility;
The student can situate the Belgian criminal law within the social context of our society and make a critical position .
Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;
The student correctly applies the legal rules regarding criminal procedural law when dissecting and assessing a legal question about .b criminal procedure law.
Substantively supports the law professionals (bailiffs, notaries public, magistrates, barristers, solicitors,…)
The student can calculate installment in a correct way ( pre-trail detention , appeal, object , ...).
The student can provide new solutions for the increasing pressure of criminal proceedings.
The student can describe the various stages of the criminal process and explain .
