Learning outcomes (list)

Is customer focused. The business professional acts in the interest of the customer;
The student can describe and apply the eligibility and conditions for granting access for the insured to social benefits
Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;
The student correctly applies the legal rules regarding social security law when dissecting and assessing a legal question about .b social security law.
Prepares, handles and follows up, independently or as part of a team, legal case/files within the confines of applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines within the para-legal profession.
The student can analyze a problem situation arises in the relationship of the insured with the social security institutions .
Substantively supports the law professionals (bailiffs, notaries public, magistrates, barristers, solicitors,…)
In practical situations, the student unravels and dissects the (various, possible) problems of social security law and formulates suitable and conclusive solutions to avoid these problems or to remedy these problems.
