Learning outcomes (list)

Is customer focused. The business professional acts in the interest of the customer;
The student is able to answer all current questions concerning co-ownership and to aply these rules in practice.
The student will be able to clarify the relationship between the contracting parties and convert it into advice and / or agreements.
Understands the real estate market and the related notary public aspects and knows how to handle relatively complex problems in this field.
The student is able to answer all current questions concerning co-ownership and to aply these rules in practice.
The student can make a sale/rental agreements.
The student can independently and legaly well-grounded resolve practical cases aswell at in a notary as in a real-estate office.
The student can explain basic concepts of spatial planning and environmental legislation and he can strenghten some points of contacts concerning real estate.
The student can autonomously draw up an inventory.
Takes responsibility for his / her own professional development, independently monitors trends in function of his / her own professional development and integrates these new insights.
The student follows the evolutions in the legislation concerning all co-ownership, rental legislation, well and can indicate how they can influence the outcome of a concrete legal question.
