The student applies the duties (how to indicate, who to declare, where) when declaring the estate.
Understands law fields and aspects most relevant to the business world; he/she can resolve less complex practical problems within these fields.
The student identifies the main aspects of succession planning
The student names the different types of registration fees.
Prepares, handles and follows up, independently or as part of a team, legal case/files within the confines of applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines within the para-legal profession.
The student identifies the main aspects of succession planning
The student describes the calculation of assets and liabilities in the estate of a resident
Substantively supports the law professionals (bailiffs, notaries public, magistrates, barristers, solicitors,…)
The student controls the calculation of stamp duty on transfer of property.
The student applies the reduction of registration duties on the sale and purchase of a familyhome.
