Learning outcomes (list)

Is customer focused. The business professional acts in the interest of the customer;
The student gives advice to potential entrepreneurs about his rights and obligations in the context of the social obligation.
Is familiar with all aspects of social, social security and labour laws and knows how to handle relatively complex issues in this field.
The student can provide explanatory notes to the assigned question in more complex cases.
The student applies the legal rules correctly when dissecting and assessing a legal question about.b the social status of the self-employed.
Prepares, handles and follows up, independently or as part of a team, legal case/files within the confines of applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines within the para-legal profession.
The student is able to interpret the legal basis of the social security scheme for self-employed .
Substantively supports the law professionals (bailiffs, notaries public, magistrates, barristers, solicitors,…)
In practical situations, the student unravels and dissects the (various, possible) problems regarding the social status of the self-employed and formulates suitable and conclusive solutions to avoid these problems or to remedy these problems.
Takes responsibility for his / her own professional development, independently monitors trends in function of his / her own professional development and integrates these new insights.
The student follows up on current events regarding the social status of the self-employed.
